1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Pasa Prep (pasa-prep.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. The Service
Pasa Prep provides original timed mock examinations for Philippine college entrance tests (CETs). The platform includes exam access, scoring, and performance analytics. All exam content is original and created by Pasa Prep. We are not affiliated with UP, Ateneo, DLSU, UST, or any official CET administrator.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Your account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing account access is prohibited.
4. Payments and Access
Exam access is granted manually within 24 hours of payment verification. Payments are processed via GCash/Maya QR. All sales are final — we do not offer refunds once exam access has been granted.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- —Share, reproduce, or distribute exam content
- —Attempt to bypass access controls or security measures
- —Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- —Impersonate another user or submit false payment information
6. Intellectual Property
All exam questions, content, scoring algorithms, and platform design are the intellectual property of Pasa Prep. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
7. Disclaimers
Pasa Prep is a mock exam platform and does not guarantee admission to any university. MSI scores are for practice purposes only and are not official university ratings. We are not responsible for any exam outcomes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pasa Prep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
